WhyIsItNotWorking

We've always been curious about why technology suddenly stops cooperating. A phone charges perfectly one day and refuses the next. A printer works until someone actually needs to print something. There's usually an explanation, although finding it can take considerably longer than it should. That curiosity brought us together as Why Is It Not Working, a team interested in solving everyday problems with computers, smartphones, apps, internet connections, and household appliances. We enjoy tracking down what went wrong, testing possible explanations, and turning confusing technical instructions into advice people can actually use.
